There's No going back

Now or never

to the future

January 2017 was when I first joined my high school's theatre program as the assistant stage manager. I didn't have a clue what I was doing, but a week after the show closed I was selected as Stage Manager for our main stage shows and I have never looked back.

Following High School, during which I had won a national cappies award for my stage management. I was the high school class of 2020, and even with Covid causing chaos, I traveled half way across the country to Oklahoma City University to purse a degree in Stage Management.

After a crazy college experience filled with Covid tests and new theatrical regulations, I earned my Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Design & Production with an emphasis in Stage & Production Management.

Graduating college put me face to face with my biggest fear, not being successful in the occupation I choose. However, I was selected as the stage management intern for Cirque du Soleil's Mystére, where I fell in love with stage management all over again, but as I have learned, all good things must come to an end.

Sadly my internship with Cirque du Soleil's Mystére did not lead to a job offer as the minimal stage management positions were filled at the time. As with most young adults today, I moved back in with my parents and picked up all the odd jobs to keep myself going while I tried to put myself out there.

2025 came around and I was applying to every job I thought I was qualified for, attending interviews after interviews, just to be told i'm too qualified or they already have someone else in mind.

I was starting to feel hopeless, however, in April of 2025 I started my own company, Glass Rose Weddings & Events llc. Glass Rose became work for me until my contacts in the production world could pull through.

I used Glass Rose, not only as my startup, but also as the business through which I would freelance for production companies.

Glass Rose Weddings & Events llc now lives on my back burner while I work as a full time employee for The T!LT Group.

I have been working with The T!LT Group since May of 2025. I was a freelancer with the group until I was offered a full time position in October. While I love the company and the people I work with, I miss stage management more and more everyday.

I have been under the impression that I will only be happy if I make money, and I will only make money if I work in corporate events. This argument made sense in my mind so I didn't question it, my dreams of being a stage manager put aside due to my fear of failure.

However, I have realized that the arguments I used to convince me to work in corporate events, are the exact reasons why I should be following my passion in stage management.

I’m passionate about bringing stories to life through seamless stage, event, and production management, and I’m beginning to take on opportunities that bring me to new cities across the U.S. From live entertainment and stage productions to corporate events and large-scale celebrations, I’m eager to grow my skills, work with diverse teams, and deliver seamless experiences from behind the scenes.

While I’ve built my career in roles that demand adaptability and a strong logistical mindset, I’ve also sought out projects that challenge me to grow as both a leader and a storyteller. I know my path will eventually lead to a home base where I can start a family, but for now, I’m fully embracing the opportunities when or wherever they may arise. Free to adventure, ready to adapt, and eager to deliver experiences that resonate long after the final cue, i'm ready to jump in and take a risk!

I'm a curious and driven creative with a strong background in stage and production management. With a foundation in technical theatre, I’m passionate about crafting meaningful experiences—whether through live entertainment, theatre, opera, or events—and delivering seamless, impactful productions that inspire and bring joy to audiences.
